• Account data (name, email address, profile picture from Google sign-in): to create and secure your account.
• Business plan content (financial figures, products, expenses, checklists, business plan answers, documents and files you upload): to provide the Service.
• AI advisor questions and a snapshot of your plan sent with them: to generate answers.
• Subscription status (plan, billing period, status): to manage access to Pro features.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, usage and error logs): for security, fraud prevention, support and improving the Service.
• Support messages: to answer your questions.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host data, provide sign-in, run AI models, and support operations, under confidentiality obligations.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting advisers.
• Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When it is no longer needed, or after you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls that keep each account's data and uploaded files private, and restricted administrative access.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us through the app to make a request; we will respond within the time required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
