Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyBizBlueprint (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Woolard Enterprises, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and are contracting with Woolard Enterprises, Inc..

1. The Service

MyBizBlueprint is an online business planning tool that includes profit planning, balance sheet and cash flow projections, financial calculators, a business plan builder, a document vault, lender package exports and an AI business advisor.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• engaging in fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• infringing the intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or circumventing technical or plan limits.

4. AI advisor

AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for how you use them. We may filter, refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that misuse the AI features.

5. Not professional advice

Projections, calculators, valuations, scorecards, documents and AI answers are for general planning and educational purposes only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment or lending advice. Document templates (such as NDAs and letters of intent) should be reviewed by a qualified attorney. Your decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

Woolard Enterprises, Inc. owns the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. You keep ownership of the content you enter or upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access; no payment card is required. After the trial, Pro features require a paid plan: $19 monthly or $159 annually, renewing automatically until cancelled. All prices are in USD, plus applicable tax. Without a paid plan, access is limited to the free features.

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Cancelling mid-period does not create a prorated credit or partial refund for the unused portion of that period. Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, we may delete your data following a reasonable period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woolard Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Woolard Enterprises, Inc. against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Woolard Enterprises, Inc. is organized, in the United States. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
